October is just around the corner and with it comes a breath of relief and renewal. Flowers and lawns that have survived the blast of summer heat are now reviving and greening up after our recent rains. The evenings are cool, the sunsets linger rosy in the west and the firepit is ready for action. S'mores anyone?
After weeks of hot summer weather, a series of thunderstorms brought more than enough rain to replenish the lake in the wetlands park. The grass is greener, the air is cooler and the ducks couldn't be happier!
